"This is my first lens with any stabilization, and so far, I love it. It's a great walking around lens."

"This lens is spectacular as an general walk-around lens. I take it out on hikes and to sporting events--the range of zoom is spectacular."

"Was surprised that the image control wasn't better; I thought it drifted when the shutter button was depressed. I confirmed this when I mounted my camera to I tripod- the image would drift for a few seconds before the shutter closed. Maybe just a bad issue."
