This lens is compatible with APS-C (1.5x crop factor) cameras such as the Nikon D5100, Nikon D7000 and Nikon D3200. However, this lens won't auto focus on cameras such as the Nikon D5100, Nikon D3200 and Nikon D3100 that are lacking focus motors.

I have about 18 lenses, mostly Nikon. I have none better than this lens. It is amazingly sharp. I am in love.
