"It feels great, the pictures look great, and it focuses pretty fast. Also, it doesn't make a lot of noise on the videos made with the D90 compared to all my other lenses"

"It produces very sharp images with great contrast. The focusing motor is quiet. It is well made, has a matt black finish and comes with a lens hood and nice case"

"The only thing I don't like about the lens is that it is a DC format which means it can't transition to full frame but I guess the cost compensation was worth it."

I have both this lens and the Nikkor 35mm 1.8 and, for what it's worth, I prefer the Nikon for party/candid/casual photography because it's SO MUCH lighter than this lens!
