"Flare well controlled. Autofocusing very fast and very accurate, even in relatively low light levels, thanks to the speed of the lens (HSM)."

"The focus was sometimes off (front focused) or just too slow to get the shot. I also had a problem with the lens rotating within the tripod lock ring -- after tightening the lock ring the lens tends to drift slightly."
