The firmware of the Sigma is outdated, you can have it updated by Sigma when you return it. Then it will work like a charm.

Hi. When I attach my Sigma 20 mm 1.8 lens on my Nikon D5100, the camera doesn' turn on. Someone can help me sayng why it is happening?
