I love this Lens, i bring it every time i travel, i just have this one problem, auto focus is not working on my a57.. :( does anyone here got the same problem? thanks

Works on my A77 but you need to make sure the box has an A77 Compatible sticker on it.

I am not a professional as you can tell by my statement but here it is...Its a large heavy lens,(for a walk around lens) but it its a very versatile lens...18mm-250mm will get you almost every shot you would want. I use it for my every day walk around lens... it  can do it all with the exception of macro shots... bu you can still get descent close up shots, with a minimum focus distance of about 2 feet you can crop and still get some close up shots.
