"I am an avid amateur photographer and have found this lens to fill most of my needs. Although this lens is a bit heavy, the quality of craftmenship is very apparent. The image color quality is outstanding and it maintains detail out to the image margins even at 12mm. Good macro capability as well."
"The SWD focussing is quite exceptional (as is the macro capability). If you have only one ZD lens make it this one."
