"This lens is many things. It is pretty sharp, amazingly so above f/4. It is durable, it is reliable it is fast. It is a great deal."

"I have taken unbelievable portrait pictures with this lens. The bokeh is exactly as others have described. I have taken night football and hockey shots which I was not able to get with the kit zoom lenses."
