"This has to be one of the sharpest lens out there. Just about every picture jumps at you. Great contrast and color. Mostly used hand held with great results. Very fast focus even when using extenders."
"This lens is absolutely that good. It took me over 2 years to save up enough money to buy this lens, and now that I own it, I am utterly floored by the quality of the images I am getting."
"The only con about this lens is the weight. It's HEAVY, but as far as I'm concerned, I'll just do some pushups and deal with it. The image quality is worth a little muscle soreness. Perhaps a con (if you prefer to be left alone like I do when out shooting) is that people NOTICE you bigtime with this lens. On my first trip out with it, 7 people approached me throughout the day to ask about it. Just be aware and prepared for this if you choose to purchase this lens or another big white super-tele."
