"Great lens! I use this lens to take pictures of sporting events indoors, volleyball and basketball. The lens has proven itself time and time again. It is so fun to see the images that the lens captures. Highly recommended for indoor sports with low light."

"Sharper than most lenses wide open. Really sharp beyond. Using it mostly for nature photos."

"The new lens is good, but does not include the macro capability of the old lens. My fault for not paying attention, but beware that if you want 100mm with Macro capability, this is not the lens for you."
